However, we may transfer your deposit to another workshop, event or program less any administrative expenses or supplies pre-purchased by us. We do not offer refunds for unattended workshops, events or programs. Special consideration is given at our discretion, if you contact us prior to the workshop, event or program and we acknowledge your request by email or phone. Some workshops may require a non-refundable deposit. This information will be clearly available at the time of your booking.
