LOOKING BEHIND
I'm curious and ask questions and we explore what is between the lines of words and what is going on beneath the surface in the unseen.  Listening beyond what is being said... what i hear reveals itself....

We want you to feel more 'at home' with your deeper self on an ongoing basis. My commitment is to hold space for you, to create a sacred space for you to cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and the worlds around you.

Nature is forever in our hearts here at Fjällräven. It’s where we come from and it’ll always be our destination. We don’t conquer mountains, tame rivers or beat the weather. We go slowly. We tread carefully. We always cherish the visit and we leave longing to return.

Be Kind  If you work really hard and are kind, amazing things will happen.
Have an Attitude of Gratitude  The happiest people do not have the best of everything, they make the best of everything.
Be Brave, Be True, Be You  If you are your authentic self, you have no competition.
Adjust Your Sails  We can’t become what we want to be by remaining where we are.
Share the Gift of Giving  Do something to add to others happiness.
Focus on Success  Look challenge in the eye and give it a wink.
Practice the Power of Positivity  What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.
Get Stuff Done  The most effective way to do it, is it do it.
  • We are related to everything  check shamanically...
  • WHAT DO REDLADIES DO?We love. Fiercely. We love ourselves, and each other. And we believe in the sacred, often messy effort of becoming more love. That’s our religion. We love by refusing to judge each other or ourselves and by accepting all that we are– our humanity and divinity.
We listen. Inwardly. We devote to go within together and hear the voice of the soul at least once a month. That’s our spiritual practice. The soul-voice meditation allows us to call back all our power by experiencing the truth that we contain our own answers.
    We speak. Truthfully.
  • We hold sacred space for each of us to get real about our experiences as women. That’s our sacred scripture. We believe that healing is hearing the truth that exists within us, and loving ourselves enough to live in alignment with it.
    We remember. Together.
  • That we are never alone. That we are each keepers of a light so rare and singular. That we are each the embodiment of a love that is love that is love that is here to heal the world. That we are each an unspeakable joy.

Shamanic practitioners are not regulated or licensed like other professions. Because of the nature of shamanic practice there is no governing body, no centers of higher education and training, and no regulatory bodies. Shamanic practitioners develop their expertise in many ways including direct revelation from Spirit, apprenticing with a teacher, studying with master shamans and the like. While many practitioners are very knowledgeable they may never have had official classes in counseling skills or bedside manner. In addition there are no classes or oaths regarding ethics for shamanic practitioners and regrettably like in all professions there have been some abuses.

We uphold the Principles of Integrity (Society for Shamanic Practice) and Lakota Values.

hard working, high integrity, service oriented healers who are dedicated to the well being of their clients.

  • I will be respectful of others, even in their differences.
  • I will work with compassion and non-judgment.
