In addition to general information, some of our events require you to bring additional items, so please double check below the specific requirements for each workshop or retreat prior to attending.

Permission from Nature: In the ways of our Ancestors, if you find a treasure from Nature that you wish to use:
- Please 'ask permission' from Mother Earth, to make sure it is appropriate in the moment.
- Take only what you need and leave an "offering" - perhaps tobacco, sage or corn meal with a prayer of gratitude.
In addition to general information, some of our events require you to bring additional items, so please double check below the specific requirements for each workshop or retreat prior to attending.
What you need to bring:
- Please bring what you need for your own self-care: ie, comfortable clothing, water, tissues, any special food, cushion (if necessary), a notepad and pen.
- Specific workshops require you to bring additional items. Please check the lists below prior to attending the workshop.
- Please bring any special items that you wish to incorporate into your drum or sacred tool or have with you during the workshops.
What we provide:
- Coffee, tea and hot water will be provided.
- All the necessary natural raw materials for your creation. We will also have available special craft items that have been collected from travels in the USA & Australia - some will be as giveaway and some will be for a charge.

* Drum Stick from Nature - a stick around 1" or less wide and about 12'17" long. it should feel comfortable in your hand
***Old Towel
***Hammer
**** Any creative/artist things you wish to have around your drum while you create it or wish on the drum
